Let's Get Hopping Round #8 VERY VANILLA

Hello and Welcome to another round of Let's Get Hopping, whether you have hopped here from Maria's blog or started your journey here, thanks for visiting.

This time is theme is all about "Very Vanilla" I will say this is a colour that I don't get out and use much at all, so this challenge was just that "A Challenge".

So I started by pulling out any Designer Series Paper with Vanilla that I own, and went from there.

Bundle Of Love is such pretty DSP, one side is Gold and Vanilla, other side either Blue or Pink.

The Hexagonal Box I have Cased from Sam Hammond ( Pootles Papercraft), you can view her video HERE. This box was quite easy to make, and looks gorgeous.

Making a matching card to go with the gift, it's a simple card to tie all the elements together. If you have been following the Let's Get Blogging group for a little while you may have noticed I am a very simple crafter, not eveything has to be labour intensive to be loved and enjoyed by the recipiant.

Thank you for hopping by today. I hope you have enjoyed my post, and you feel inspired to set free your rarely used colour in your stash. Next up in the hop is the talented   Tanya Ree's, I can't wait to see what she has created with "Very Vanilla".

    1. Thanks Mikaela, they both turned out well, I was a little scared about the challenge, I don’t use very vanilla really at all, but it helped choosing a dsp first.
